Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20th Sept 2026
These terms apply to all coaching services provided by Amanda Argomandkhah trading as My Pump Club, ("we", "us", "your coach"). By signing up to any package, you ("the client") agree to these terms. If anything isn't clear, please get in touch before you sign up.
1. Health and suitability to train
1.1 Before starting, all clients must complete a health questionnaire (PAR-Q) honestly and fully.
1.2 If you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant or postnatal, you may need written clearance from your GP or midwife before we can start training.
1.3 You must tell your coach straight away about any change to your health, medication, injury or pregnancy status.
1.4 You must stop exercising and tell your coach if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath or feel unwell at any time.
1.5 Clients must be 18 or over.
1.6 Accepting a client for coaching is at your coach's discretion, based on an assessment of your needs, goals and health.
2. Subscriptions and payment
2.1 All packages are rolling monthly subscriptions, paid in advance through My PT Hub via Stripe.
2.2 Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
2.3 If a payment fails, we'll let you know. Services may be paused until payment is made.
2.4 We may change our prices from time to time. Existing clients will get at least 30 days' notice before any price change applies to them.
2.5 Sessions are for use within the month they're paid for and don't roll over, unless your coach agrees otherwise.
3. Your 14-day cooling-off period
3.1 If you sign up online, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of signing up without giving a reason.
3.2 If you ask us to start your coaching within those 14 days and then cancel, we'll refund what you've paid minus a fair amount for any sessions or services you've already received.
3.3 Refunds are made within 14 days of you telling us you want to cancel, using the same payment method you paid with.
4. Cancelling your subscription
4.1 You can cancel your subscription at any time by [messaging your coach in the app / using the contact form / cancelling in My PT Hub].
4.2 If you cancel after your monthly payment has been taken, you can choose either:
Option A: Keep using your remaining sessions and services for the rest of that month. Your subscription will then end and won't renew.
Option B: Receive a refund for [the unused sessions / the unused portion of that month].
4.3 Once your chosen option is complete, you'll lose access to your programme, workouts and any coaching content set up for you. Your account will return to free community member status.
4.4 We recommend saving anything you'd like to keep, such as progress photos or notes, before your access ends.
5. 1:1 session cancellations and lateness
5.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
5.2 Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be counted as used.
5.3 If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time.
5.4 If your coach needs to cancel a session, we'll offer a rescheduled session at no extra cost.
6. Group sessions
6.1 Group sessions are paid for in advance.
6.2 We don't refund or reschedule missed sessions or no-shows.
6.3 If we cancel a group session for any reason, we'll aim to reschedule at no cost to you. If we can't offer a suitable alternative, you'll receive a refund for that session.
6.4 Group sessions have limited spaces, and places are confirmed on payment.
7. Online coaching
7.1 Online coaching is delivered through the My PT Hub app. You'll need a compatible smartphone and an internet connection to use it.
7.2 You're responsible for training safely, using suitable equipment and following the exercise demonstrations provided. If you're unsure about any exercise, ask your coach before attempting it.
7.3 Check-ins must be submitted by the agreed day so your coach can review your progress and adjust your programme. Late or missed check-ins may be reviewed at the next scheduled check-in.
7.4 Your coach will aim to reply to messages within 24 hours on working days. Online coaching doesn't include 24/7 support.
7.5 Because online training isn't supervised in person, you accept responsibility for how you perform your training when your coach isn't present.
7.6 We're not responsible for any interruption to the app or its features caused by third-party providers.
8. Nutrition guidance
8.1 Nutrition plans, macros and guidance are general advice to support your training. They are not medical or dietetic advice.
8.2 If you have a medical condition, food allergy, or history of disordered eating, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please speak to your GP or a registered dietitian before following any nutrition guidance.
9. Results
9.1 Your coach will always give you the best support possible, but results depend on many things, including consistency, nutrition, sleep, stress and health. Specific results can't be guaranteed.
10. Ending coaching services
10.1 Either party may end the coaching relationship by informing the other. Common reasons include:
Repeated missed sessions, late cancellations or missed check-ins
Not following the programme or safety guidance given
Missed or failed payments
A change in health that makes coaching unsuitable without medical clearance
Behaviour that breaks Section 11
Your coach no longer being able to meet your needs, in which case we'll try to recommend an alternative
A breakdown in the working relationship
10.2 If we end your coaching for a reason that isn't your fault, you'll receive a refund for any unused sessions. If services end because of a breach of these terms, a refund is at your coach's discretion.
11. Zero tolerance of harassment and abuse
11.1 We're committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for our clients, our community and our coach.
11.2 We have zero tolerance of harassment, abuse, discrimination, threatening behaviour, or inappropriate or unwanted contact of any kind. This applies in person, in sessions, in the app community, in messages and on social media.
11.3 Any such behaviour will lead to immediate termination of services and removal from the My Pump Club community, without a refund.
11.4 Where appropriate, incidents will be reported to the gym, the platform provider and/or the police.
11.5 If you experience or witness this kind of behaviour in our community, please report it to your coach straight away.
12. Programmes and content
12.1 All programmes, workouts, videos, nutrition plans and other materials provided to you remain the property of My Pump Club. They're for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, sold or published.
13. Your data and progress photos
13.1 We collect and store your personal information, health information and progress photos only to deliver your coaching. We handle your data in line with UK GDPR. Privacy Policy
13.2 We will never share your progress photos or use them in marketing without your written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
14. Liability
14.1 Your coach holds professional qualifications and public liability insurance.
14.2 We aren't liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from you not following instructions, not disclosing health information, or training without supervision. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
14.3 We aren't responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings during sessions.
15. Complaints
15.1 If you're unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us through the Contact Us form on our website or through the chat in the app. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
16. Changes to these terms
16.1 We may update these terms from time to time. Existing clients will be notified of any significant changes.
16.2 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
